Number of Conservation Society are created. Lot of States have also a Service of protection of Nature.
But why do we have to protect Nature ?
And… do we have to protect Nature or to let the Nature to be in peace ?
Are we really endangered ? Is the danger to change our environment and never find it back or is the danger is we could disappear ?
For what do we need to protect Nature, and for why we will do it really ?

La bio-altérité comme prise de conscience de l’autre biologique ; le rappel de notre place d’être humain en tant qu’espèce vivante parmi toutes les autres.
« L’animal sauvage nous échappe, nous intrigue et attise notre curiosité car peut être il nous renvoie en miroir ce que nous sommes : d’autres êtres, vivant en communauté et de manière autonome dans leur milieu naturel. »
L’altérité est la reconnaissance de l’autre dans sa différence. La bio-altérité serait la reconnaissance de l’autre, biologiquement différent, dans sa différence, sa singularité, pas seulement en tant que représentant d’une autre espèce mais en tant qu’individualité.
Catherine REICHERT, membre du Groupe d’Etude des Mammifère Marin / Objectif Sciences International, en Polynésie Française. Psychologue clinicienne et psychothérapeute de formation, elle exerce son activité principale en hôpital de soins aigus à l’hôpital Necker à Paris.

Un aperçu de la situation juridique et citoyenne en Amérique Latine à propos des Droits de la Nature
Dans quelques pays d’Amérique Latine, la reconnaissance des droits de la ’Pachamama’, de la Terre Mère, a commencé dans les dernières années en articulation avec des propositions des formes alternatives de vie qui sont intrinsèquement liées avec des visions du monde des peuples autochtones. La valorisation de la diversité des connaissances assume aussi un rôle central. Cette intervention a pour but d’identifier quelques défis et potentiels liés avec ces expériences et leurs caractéristiques propres, particulièrement dans la relation avec quelques designs institutionnels en cours.
María Valeria BERROS, law and sociology professor and researcher at the National University of Littoral in Santa Fe City, Argentina. Research Project: Human Codex: Regulations, Technologies and Programs for the Government of “Living Beings", National University of Littoral. Current research focuses on matters concerning environmental law and ethics, biological diversity regulations, rights of nature recognition in Latin American countries.
