Introduction
Update of the Vision-Mission-Strategy of the Objectif Sciences International NGO, and Presentation of the Recommendations of the represented parties.
The program
Once the forecast session has been completed on Friday morning, the most important decisions are communicated and detailed, in the form of an Executive Round Table.
Following this presentation, an exchange session is scheduled with all the present participants who wish to intervene and / or obtain more information.
After the end of this Round Table and the discussions that will follow, all participants will be informed of what will happen the following Monday, in ground of the achievement of the NGO.
In particular, the speakers will be:
* The President of the NGO,
* One or more members of the Executive Committee of the NGO,
* All Representatives of Research, Education, Logistics and Development Programs of the NGO,
* Representatives of Scientific Centers of the NGO
* The pilot of the Representatives of the NGO,
* The General Management of the NGO,
* All those concerned with the executive implementation of the decisions that were taken during the General Assembly at the previous meeting.
You interventions and questions will allow:
* All present parts and decision makers to understand what should be the actions undertaken by the NGO and its parts,
* The decision-makers of the NGO to benefit from your responses and feedback,
* All present parties to form necessary network connections.
